Visit Disneyland, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm and California Adventures Registration Deadline is: October 1, 2010 Dates: November 17-22 2010 Limit 32 Students based on signup date and room availability This Trip is sponsored and chaperoned by Rotary District 5020 Join us for a fun filled weekend at three of California's most famous theme parks | Itinerary - | ALL TIMES AND ITINERARY SUBJECT TO CHANGE | | November 17 Wednesday | Canadian students will travel from Victoria via Coho Ferry to be Rotary home hosted in Tacoma Woodland/Kelso/Longview students will be Rotary home hosted in Olympia/Tacoma. Peninsula area students (on arrangement) may be Rotary home hosted in Tacoma. | | November 18 Thursday | Times to be announced ALL students meet in SeaTac airport - TBA All students arrive Los Angeles - TBA You must have your PASSPORTS AND VISAS or you will not make the trip All students take Bus to Carousel Hotel at Disneyland main gate. Check into rooms Disneyland– meet for group photo and get your multi-day hopper pass. | | November 19 Friday | Tour of Hollywood, Walk of Stars, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica Beach and stop for shopping and lunch. Return for nighttime at Disney Disneyland closes at 12 AM. California Adventure open 10 AM-9 PM. Downtown Disney hours vary by store. Parade, Fireworks! | | November 20 Saturday | Bus from Hotel to Universal Studios. All day at Universal Studios. Bus to hotel. Nighttime at Disney, California Adventures open until 9 PM. Disneyland open until 12 AM. Downtown Disney hours vary by store. Parade, Fireworks! | | November 21 Sunday | Tour bus to Knott’s Berry Farm Theme Park. Return to hotel at 6 PM. Pizza and Pool Party at the hotel Pack for return home. | | November 22 Monday | Last day at Disney, California Adventures and Downtown Disney for shopping and souvenir buying Bus to Airport. Return to SeaTac Times to be announced All students bus to Tacoma Elks TBA Peninsula students on to Peninsula by Rotary car pool. Canadian students to be Rotary home hosted in Tacoma. Woodland/Kelso/Longview students may be Rotary home hosted in Olympia/Tacoma for travel on Tuesday November 23 | | November 23 Tuesday | Canadian students bus to Port Angeles for Coho ferry to Victoria and pick up. All students at home with families. | | Cost | $900.00 US Dollars Plus Airfare The $900.00 trip portion will be charged to your credit card as soon as you are registered. This includes all ground transportation to and from hotel, Hollywood and Santa Monica Beach tour, hotel accommodations at Carousel Inn and Suites (4 students per room), continental breakfast at hotel, five day pass to Disneyland/ California Adventure. Transportation and admissions to Universal Studios and Knott’s Berry Farm Theme Parks. Sunday night pizza and swim party. ***Airfare is approximately $350.00. The air portion will be charged to your credit card on October 1st, 2010 and cannot be guaranteed until air reservations are confirmed by the committee. | | Not Included | Individual expenses for food, film and souvenirs.
