Inbound Students Hosted in the USA

US Students will need to be at the COHO Terminal in Port Angeles by Noon for the 7:30am departure to Victoria on Friday June 19th, 2020.  All US side students must have their passports, Canadian visa for required countries and the "Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor (J-1) Status" form (This should be stapled in your passport).  Students will not be allowed on the ferry without these documents. Check before you leave home that you have them!  Students will be picked up by Rotarians at the ferry terminal in Victoria
Students will board the  7:30pm ferry from Victoria to Port Angeles on Monday June 22nd, 2020.  Students will need to be picked up at the terminal in Port Angels upon arrival.
***Students are responsible for ferry costs to and from Victoria

Inbound Students Hosted In Canada

Canadian students need to in Chemainus at the ferry terminal by 1pm Friday June 19th. And will need to be picked up at 1:45pm Monday June 22nd, 2020.  District members will organize students transportation around the island.
Money: Students meals covered ar Friday Dinner through Monday Lunch.  Students will be responsible for Lunch on Friday and Dinner on Monday. 
CLOTHING:   Please check this list carefully‚Ķ
  • Casual wear
  • Running shoes
  • Loose clothing for rock climbing and other similar activities
  • Swim suit and towel
  • Hat, sun glasses and sunscreen
  • Regular clothing that you would pack for most travel - something you would wear to school
